Terms of Business.

1. Payment: Please book by Telephone or Online, stating how many nights you will be staying, payment to be made in full on arrival at the site.  We accept Cheques for advanced bookings. Cheques payable to Mrs. K. Hubbard, otherwise Cash on arrival please.

2. Cancellation: Due to ill-health or unforeseen circumstances, we must be notified as soon as possible so that we can re-let the facility otherwise you may be charged in full for the advanced bookings.
 

3. Arrival: If you have a rough idea of your arrival time, please notify us, so that greeting arrangements can be made. If you are earlier or later than anticipated please contact us
 

4. Departure: On the day of departure please vacate the site ensuring you have taken any rubbish with you or recycled any you are leaving behind.
 

5. Liability: We take every care to assess and ensure the property is a safe environment and accept our duty of care to our customers, however each visitor has his/her own duty of care for their own safety. We encourage you to be respectful and responsible at all times.
