Terms of Business.

1. Payment: Please book Online, a non refundable deposit of £10 is required to confirm your booking with the balance to be made in cash on arrival at the site. 
 

2. Cancellation: If you cancel your booking, the value of your deposit (£10) can be used against further bookings at this site for a period of six months from the date of your original stay, if this is not used within this time then the deposit becomes non refundable.
 

3. Arrival: If you have a good estimate of your arrival time, please notify us, so that greeting arrangements can be made. If you are earlier or later than anticipated please contact us
 

4. Departure: On the day of departure please vacate the site ensuring you have taken any rubbish with you or recycled any you are leaving behind.
 

5. Liability: We take every care to assess and ensure the property is a safe environment and accept our duty of care to our customers, however each visitor has his/her own duty of care for their own safety and any minors they are responsible for. We encourage you to be respectful and responsible at all times.
